Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design develop and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow application development scripting workflow automation integrations and ITSM/ITOM processes. This role works closely with business stakeholders architects and IT teams to deliver scalable reliable and high-quality solutions that optimize enterprise service management processes.
Key Responsibilities Platform Development & Configuration-
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident Problem Change Request CMDB Knowledge Asset and other ITSM applications.

Build and maintain client scripts UI policies UI actions business rules data policies and other platform components.

Develop custom applications and workflows using Flow Designer Workflow Editor and Script Includes.

Create and enhance Service Catalog items record producers and fulfillment workflows.

Design build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub and scripted integrations.

Support data imports transformations and scheduled jobs to ensure data quality and synchronization.

Automate processes and repetitive tasks using server/client-side scripting and orchestration tools.

Support ServiceNow upgrades patches and new releases while ensuring stability and compatibility.

Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues related to workflows integrations and configurations.

Maintain documentation for technical designs configurations and operational procedures.
