Job Title: Travel Support Associate
Work Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat (On Site)
Selected Candidates have to relocate to Ahmedabad to work from office.
We are hiring Travel Support Associates for our expanding travel operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus) is an added advantage but freshers with strong English skills are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with flight bookings rescheduling cancellations and general travel inquiries.
Review itineraries fare rules seat availability and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accuracy while handling PNR updates and customer documentation.
Ensure high-quality support through voice email or chat channels.
Follow company procedures and maintain compliance standards.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Basic computer proficiency and customer service orientation.
