The HR Business Partner will play a strategic role in aligning people and culture initiatives with business objectives across the organization. The role focuses on driving organizational development strengthening workplace culture enhancing employee engagement and developing KPI and performance frameworks that support the companys growth. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership the HRBP will be instrumental in driving change promoting a high-performance environment and supporting the organizations expansion within the SaaS industry.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field (Masters preferred).
SaaS experience is a must.
813 years of progressive HR experience including at least 3 years in an HRBP or OD-focused role.
Strong knowledge of OD practices culture-building strategies and performance management systems.
Proven experience in designing and implementing KPI/OKR frameworks aligned with strategic goals.
Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in HR metrics and data interpretation.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and support cultural transformation.
Familiarity with HR technology HR analytics and digital HR tools.
