Job Description:
Databook is hiring a Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives on net-new logo acquisition and revenue growth within our ideal customer profile. Youll be the technical and value partner in the sales cycle showing prospects how Databook creates stronger executive alignment clearer outside-in narratives and more predictable revenue outcomes.
Your day to day will focus on helping customers understand the value of Databook through tailored demos POVs proof of concepts technical validation and crisp financial storytelling. Youll help prospects see how Databook uses intelligence AI agents and unified data to change the way they run meetings build strategies and make decisions. This is a fully remote role based anywhere in the United States or Canada and reports directly to the Head of Solutions.

This is Databooks first dedicated Sales Engineer for our next phase of growth and new product expansion. You will be joining at the ground floor. There is no existing Sales Engineering team no fully formed playbooks and no established sales motion to inherit. This role is for someone who is energized by building - defining how presales works shaping how we take a product to market and helping establish the standards workflows and patterns that future Sales Engineers will follow. Youll work closely with Sales Product and Engineering to turn early learnings into repeatable motions over time.

Compensation:
The total compensation pay range for this role is $130000.00 - $150000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills experience and location. Salary ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
