The Opportunity

For our Cardiac Rhythm Management Division CRM we are currently looking for a Field Clinical/Technical Engineer to join our clinical support team in Poland. This will be a field-based role requiring daily travelling across assigned area (Southern Poland). Preferred home location is Wroclaw.

Main purpose of the role


As a Field Clinical Engineer CRM you will be responsible for providing expert support and advise on the use of the Abbott portfolio within Southern Poland promotion of Abbott Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical andsalespersonnel.
This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.
This positions primary function is to attend implants follow-ups and support any issues related to Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices both high voltage and low voltage.

What Youll do:

  • Providing expertclinicalconsultation teaching and support on the use of all CRM products and their appropriate application in theclinicalsetting.
  • Maintain up to date technical knowledge of current and new therapies and technologies within the therapy area including competitor devices as well as a general understanding of the dynamics of the country healthcare market.
  • Providing technical support to theCRM salesforce.
  • Conduct product presentations and perform stand duty at exhibitions when requested responding to technical questions that might be raised by EMEA or customers.

Required qualifications and background:

  • University degree in a science related field preferred (biomedical engineering physics clinical nursing or similar).
  • Ideallyelectrophysiology/cardiacrhythm management or equivalentclinical experience.
  • Cardiac anatomyandphysiologyknowledge would be considered as a strong asset.
  • Very good command ofEnglishand Polish (both written and spoken).
  • Strongproblem-solvingcapabilities and customer-focus.
  • A willingness to travel on a daily basis and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Driving license B (active driver).
