We are looking for
Plant Manager Assitant
At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira
Requirements
Education: Administration or similar engineering.
2 - 3 years of experience.
Advanced English.
Living near to Celaya Gto or around.
Your tasks:
Management for hotel books flightsrental car executive transfers management of frequent flyer accounts upgrades and changes in tickets.
Expense management and verification updating files reports and records.
Attend to special visitors: clients suppliers etc. Good communication with Corporate and Clients
Purchase and manage office supplies (cafeteria stationery and general supplies) to maintain optimal stock levels.
Receive invoices and the Supplier Portal.
Create and track purchase orders.
Organize special events.
Manage key performance indicators.
