The Community Access Coordinator is responsible for elements of practice leadership that build and support the team to provide high-quality supports that deliver positive outcomes for clients with disabilities across various settings including site-based services community groups individual supports and in-home assistance within the Northern Metropolitan Region. Under the direction of the Community Access Manager the Coordinator ensures the delivery of innovative and flexible services that meet client needs and organizational goals. This position reports directly to the Manager Community Access.
