職務内容: ソリューションエンジニア (以下SE) はお客様及びパートナー様に向けた営業および技術的な役割を果たしますSEの主な職務内容は営業を技術やスキルの側面でサポートしF5のソリューションに関する技術的知識をお客様やパートナー様へ提供する事です
また営業と協力してお客様のビジネスニーズに沿ったF5のソリューションと製品販売を行いますSEはお客様にとって技術的およびビジネス上の課題を解決する為の効果的なソリューションを提案する信頼できるアドバイザーですF5 のSEは技術的な機能提供だけではなく技術的価値提案とビジネス上のメリットを提示します
SEはF5製品とエコシステムの両方に対して優れた技術的スキルと知識を保有している必要がある為F5ではSEに対する継続的なトレーニングや資格取得をサポートしておりエンジニアとしての更なるスキルアップを図る事のできる環境を整えていますまた経験の浅い方や未経験の方を積極的に支援する体制やチームメンバー間で協力し合う仕組みがありまた働き方に柔軟性を持たせるなど働きやすい環境作りに努めておりますSEの強みや志向によりネットワークセキュリティアプリケーションなどの分野に専門性を持つことを選択することまた能力や将来の目標に応じた職務内容変更も可能ですのでSEとして活躍しながらキャリアアップにも取り組んで頂くことが可能です
