職務内容: ソリューションエンジニア (以下SE) はお客様及びパートナー様に向けた営業および技術的な役割を果たしますSEの主な職務内容は営業を技術やスキルの側面でサポートしF5のソリューションに関する技術的知識をお客様やパートナー様へ提供する事です

また営業と協力してお客様のビジネスニーズに沿ったF5のソリューションと製品販売を行いますSEはお客様にとって技術的およびビジネス上の課題を解決する為の効果的なソリューションを提案する信頼できるアドバイザーですF5 のSEは技術的な機能提供だけではなく技術的価値提案とビジネス上のメリットを提示します

SEはF5製品とエコシステムの両方に対して優れた技術的スキルと知識を保有している必要がある為F5ではSEに対する継続的なトレーニングや資格取得をサポートしておりエンジニアとしての更なるスキルアップを図る事のできる環境を整えていますまた経験の浅い方や未経験の方を積極的に支援する体制やチームメンバー間で協力し合う仕組みがありまた働き方に柔軟性を持たせるなど働きやすい環境作りに努めておりますSEの強みや志向によりネットワークセキュリティアプリケーションなどの分野に専門性を持つことを選択することまた能力や将来の目標に応じた職務内容変更も可能ですのでSEとして活躍しながらキャリアアップにも取り組んで頂くことが可能です

今回はエンタープライズのお客様製造流通金融などをご担当いただくこととF5のパートナー様をご担当いただくことを兼務するSEを募集しています

下記に列挙した主な活動を主体となって推進して頂く役割を担って頂きます

• 一貫性を持ちながら拡充拡張しているF5ソリューション全般を担う技術者としてF5ソリューションや関連する技術領域の知識経験を蓄積しお客様やパートナー様に適切な情報を提供する
• お客様のビジネスニーズに沿ってF5製品戦略や価値提案を伝えるまたお客様に技術動向などを伝えることによりお客様の新たなビジネスの創造に寄与する
• 対面非対面等様々なセールスプレゼンテーションソリューションデザインデモンストレーションを通じて技術的な専門知識を提供する
• お客様やパートナー様向けのハンズオンや検証支援などを通じてお客様をリードしつつ強固な関係性を構築する
• 営業と共に意思決定者を特定することまたお客様やパートナー様との共同検証や技術的なサポートを通じて営業プロセスの推進を支援する
• お客様のライフサイクルを通じて一貫した最高クラスの顧客サービスを提供する
• お客様やパートナー様の担当技術者としての裁量権を持ちつつ社内の技術者や営業その他のチームと協力し専門知識を活用し様々な案件のニーズに応じ協業する

募集要件:

• 学士または同等の実務経験
• 英語の読み書き
• 3年以上のF5に関連するIT業界での経験またはF5ソリューションの知識や関連する他社のソリューションの実務経験があれば尚よし
• IT業界におけるプリセールスの実務経験があれば尚よし
• Web Applicationのセキュリティ強化に関連する実務経験があれば尚よし
• パブリッククラウドを活用した提案システム構築の実務経験があれば尚よし
• PythonJavaScriptなどいずれかのプログラミング言語を使用した開発経験があれば尚よし
• OpenShiftKubernetesなどのコンテナ オーケストレーション ソリューションの経験があれば尚よし
