Job Description:
Farm Heroes Saga is one of Kings beloved casual game titles with millions of daily players delivering strategic match-3 puzzles in a heartwarming Farm universe that brings joy to players around the world. You will design and evolve Farms operating model and integrate leadership priorities - turning strategy into execution through clear systems cadences and team practices so our teams can deliver impact faster and more predictably. You will report to the Head of Farm and act as a strategic thought partner. You will also manage a Senior Operations Specialist and support their growth and development.
Your Role Within the Kingdom
As Head of Operations for Farm youll partner closely with the Head of Farm and the Farm Leadership Team (FLT) to define strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans governance cadences and ways of working across Product Areas. You will connect the dots across Product Tech Design Production Analytics QA and partner teams to align operating practices with business goals and strengthen delivery performance. Youll lead internal communications that connect strategy to purpose foster a healthy and inclusive culture and use data to drive continuous improvement and organizational health.
What youll do
- Partner with the Head of Farm and the FLT to set priorities and translate them into clear plans and outcomes; lead the governance cadence (for example planning cycles OKRs business reviews Key Team Reviews and offsites).
- Form strong connections with stakeholders across Farm and King to align on strategy performance and executionserving as a connector into the broader business.
- Support leadership narratives focus setting and decision-making through clear forums and cadences.
Operating model and organizational systems
- Lead and evolve Farms operating model to ensure consistency simplicity and accountability across Product Areas; establish impactful ways of working for prioritization decision-making planning and estimation.
- Identify collaboration friction and dependencies; improve flow predictability and resource allocation by refining processes tools and handoffs; define and track OKRs/KPIs that focus teams on outcomes that matter.
- Partner with Tech and Product Area Leaders to drive automation AI adoption and data-informed improvements to how we work.
Engagement culture and communications
- Build feedback loops that surface team health insights and lead to visible actions and measurable improvements; shape team and leadership cadences (for example team-wide demos/Town Demos and offsites) that reinforce clarity trust and inclusion.
- Lead internal communications to connect strategy to purpose; ensure goals priorities and progress are communicated clearly so teams understand the what and the why.
People enablement and organizational health
- Line manage and develop a Senior Operations Specialist with clear objectives growth opportunities and alignment to Farms priorities.
- Use people metrics to anticipate risks and shape interventions around workload retention and engagement in partnership with HR; strengthen manager capability and align operating systems with people systems to support growth clarity and belonging.
Skills to Create Thrills
- Experienced operations leader from games consumer tech or digital industries acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the FLT.
- Experience designing and scaling operating systems and improving delivery performance.
- Strong background in cross-functional planning governance and business operations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills; builds trust quickly and navigates complexity with clarity.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking decisive action; moves comfortably between detail and the big picture.
- Experienced in organizational change automation and AI-driven improvement; combines operational rigor with empathy judgment and the ability to influence across levels.
Nice to have
- Experience in organizational transformation or centralization initiatives.
- Familiarity with Kings production and product processes.
- Background in Product Operations or Production.
