Reporting to the Senior Director of US Commercial Finance the Associate Director US Commercial FP&A will be a key member of the US FP&A team supporting the growing US commercial business. S/he will act as a strategic partner to the US organization. S/he will play a critical role in the revenue forecasting and financial planning process focusing on value creation and aligning resources with strategic priorities. S/he will be actively involved in the launch plan projects including providing financial support to key functional areas critical to the launch plan. S/he will be responsible for participating in the monthly close process and supporting certain aspects of the close working with US Accounting. This is a hybrid role based in Boston with being in the office usually 2 days/week at minimum.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic partnering: collaborate with US Indication Strategy Teams and cross-functional partners to develop and communicate accurate long-term patient / volume / revenue forecasts
Support model enhancements to ensure forecasts for in-line & launch products reflect strategic direction of each indication (e.g. market segmentation patient flow etc.)
Collaborate with Market Research to plan & design studies that provide key forecast inputs (e.g. demand study)
Partner with Market Access to incorporate latest access assumptions payer mix analyses and all other gross-to-net variables
Develop forecast scenarios to incorporate into supply planning and to quantify potential risks & opportunities
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the business drivers across the full commercial P&L brand partners (volume/sales trade COGS marketing SG&A) and price/volume mix analysis
Collaborate with commercial teams to design and execute investment plans that drive growth and support the organizations strategic vision

Education Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics
Advanced degree or MBA preferred
Biopharma or healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Minimum of 8 years of overall combined finance FP&A or accounting experience
Advanced Analytical abilities underscored by a track record of financial modeling with a preference for expertise in revenue modeling

For applicants in the United States: The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $144000.00 - $216000.00 USD. This range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting. Individual compensation is determined using objective inclusive and job-related criteria such as relevant experience skills demonstrated competencies and internal equity. Because market conditions evolve pay ranges are reviewed regularly and may be adjusted to remain aligned with external benchmarks.
