What Youll Do (Your Impact)

You will help rebuild homes restore businesses and bring peace back to families who need it most.

Your daily work may include:

• Carpentry framing drywall trim and finish work
  
  
• Light to moderate demolition
  
  
• Water fire smoke and mold restoration tasks
  
  
• Working with hand tools power tools and specialized equipment
  
  
• Reading blueprints taking direction and working independently
  
  
• Supporting superintendents project managers and fellow craftsmen
  
  
• Maintaining safe clean organized jobsites
  
  
• Delivering professional high-quality work our clients can trust

Minimum Requirements

• Prior experience as a Skilled Laborer or Carpenter (preferred)
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints & follow direction
  
  
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials
  
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in crawlspaces/heights
  
  
• Valid drivers license preferred
  
  
• Willingness to learn grow and be part of a tribe that values YOU
