Job Summary

About the role:

Delivers end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects
Leads routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
May manage budgets for small projects or programs
Solves complex problems with minimal guidance
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and manage expectations effectively.
Perform thorough requirements gathering to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Leverage technical expertise to architect design and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Translate complex technical details into clear non-technical language to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
Designs develops and tests software systems and/or applications for enhancements and new products
Writes code according to coding specifications established for software solutions.
Delivers software features with exceptional quality meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs conferring with users studying systems flow data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle.
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications standards and programming.
Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis problem definition requirements solution development and proposed solutions.
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation flowcharts layouts diagrams charts code comments and clear code.
Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools programming techniques and computing equipment and by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Provides information by collecting analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.
Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Collaborates with other designers and engineers
Breaks down customer requirements/problems into for the team.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

About you:

5-7 Years of experience
Good understanding of Zuora platform Zuora Admin Zuora objects and APIs.
Product Catalog and Charge Models
Expert in Zuora Invoice template creation and updating.
Payments Bill runs billing document posting Invoice CM & HTML templates
Worked on Zuora Order line-item feature - Create Order line-item create Invoice order line item.
Subscription lifecycle management Create update renew cancel etc.
Reconciliations and troubleshooting for month end processes
Mass create/update/delete at/for multiple objects
Experience in developer tools postman tools
Experience integrating to ecommerce payment gateways Data analytics platforms and tax system
Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce Zuora APIsPayment Gateways.
Zuora Workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones.
In-depth knowledge of Admin features and setups like setting up Roles Permissions Billing templates
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zuora configurations integrations and data flows.
Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications test plans and user guides.
Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders on Zuora functionalities and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with Zuora product updates industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal system performance and utilization.
Automation of Zuora deployment
Ability to write ZOQL
3- 5 years of experience in Zuora development.
Strong knowledge of Zuora functionalities including billing payments and subscription management.
Agile/scrum environment
Automation Technology
Education - Masters/Bachelors Degree - Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Information Technology.
