FXE-EU: Payroll Time & Attendance Specialist (ID)Position Summary:
The T&A Specialist will guide country teams in base business activities within the T&A system and provide expertise around system configuration issues new requirements analytics and system performance. Coordination between multiple departments will be part of daily business as usual ensuring our front line staff can use the systems at its capacity. Within this role there will also be certain training requirements. Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis interpretation and application of complex information contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.
The T&A Specialist will support implementation of our international time and attendance systems as part of our Center of Excellence. You will work with an international driven team of Experts across multiple regions.
Implementation support starts with preparational work requirements gathering user acceptance testing as well as go live transition.
