The team
Youll be part of Risk Governance and Framework a dynamic team of 11 professionals within Integrated Risk Management. Together we own the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework maintain INGs policy house and coordinate Group Risk-led committees. Our work sits at the core of INGs governance structure offering you exposure to strategic topics and a highly collaborative environment. Acting as a trusted advisor youll support risk management teams across the bank and gain insight into how ING operates at its highest level.
Roles and responsibilities
In this role youll ensure smooth governance processes and effective committee coordination. Your key responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing high-quality proposals for committee members in line with ING writing guidelines.
Organizing and managing end-to-end processes for GFRC Bank NFRC and MoRMC meetings including agenda preparation and timely document distribution.
Capturing decisions and action points accurately in minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
Maintaining and updating annual cycle planning for all three committees.
Acting as a gatekeeper for committees ensuring timely communication and alignment with stakeholders.
Supporting adherence to governance standards laws and regulations.
Driving process optimization and digitalization initiatives.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and managing expectations effectively.
Contributing to specialist work within the wider ERM team.

Experience in risk management (preferably both financial and non-financial).
A proactive service-oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability.
Familiarity with INGs governance structure and risk management processes (advantage).
Fluency in English strong writing and editing skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to learn new tools quickly.
