Job Summary

Clinical Storage Operator

Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.
100% on site at Bathgate Scotland

Our Bathgate location in Scotland UK is an integral part of Catalents European clinical supply services network. The facility has a comprehensive range of capabilities to support sponsors studies throughout the UK Europe and beyond including clinical supply management FastChain demand-led supply clinical-scale commercial packaging and QP release services.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator to join our Clinical Storage this role you will ensure the integrity of clinical trial supplies received stored and packed for shipment maintaining compliance with cGMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practice). You will actively support the department in achieving SQDC (Safety Quality Delivery & Cost) metrics and uphold Catalents ethics values and behaviours.

The Role:

Complete documentation accurately in line with SOPs and GMP requirements.
Manage inventory transactions using JDE Inventory Management System.
Handle and verify externally received materials and shipping documents.
Ensure compliance with cGMP for all clinical trial supplies handled.
Follow safety and manual handling guidelines set by EHS and COSHH.
Maintain high standards of Good Housekeeping in all working areas.
Support other operational departments such as Packaging & Clinical Storage as required.
Other duties as assigned
