Job Summary
At Batteries Plus we dont just power products-we power peoples everyday lives. As a Store Manager youll lead daily operations coach and develop your team and drive retail sales. This role is hands-on blending leadership customer service and light technical work to ensure the store runs smoothly customers leave satisfied and associates are set up for success.
What Youll Do
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing merchandising and inventory management.
- Track and support performance against key metrics (KPIs) to ensure business success.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support technical offerings such as battery testing installations and device repair.
- Maintain store appearance safety compliance and operational standards.
- Grow business by driving retail sales and expanding commercial accounts.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
- Experience in commercial sales is desirable.
- Strong leadership communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to coach resolve conflicts and problem-solve effectively.
- Technical aptitude for light repair battery testing and installation.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends evenings and occasional travel.
