For our IT Onsite Support Team we are currently looking for a Client Computing & IT OnSite Support Intern who will support our team in Kraków.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

Second-level support at the site and process support requests from 1st 2nd and 3rd levels via a ticket system.
Troubleshooting standard applications clients and peripherals remotely as well as onsite at the relevant site.
Install configure and repair PC hardware and software as well as mobile devices (Android/ iOS) with our Standard Managing Tools
Document processes fault solutions and inquiries from our employees.
Support client hardware peripherals & media technology in the office environment.
Support your colleagues in projects/rollouts and IT relocations and the associated cooperation with external service providers.
Collaborate internationally on finding solutions for specific issues on end user hardware.
Communicate with stakeholders including end-users management and vendors

Your Skills and Expertise:

You have an active student status and youre available to work min. 20h/week
Interest in IT and in supporting others in IT Questions to hardware / software.
Good communication skills and enjoy working with international/national colleagues.
Strong service and customer orientation with an open and friendly behavior.
Communicate confidently in Polish and English.
Ideally you are currently studying a subject related to IT.
