Job Summary

Job Description:

This department is part of Operations team which runs Rakuten Mobiles production system.

We target to achieve below goals below using advanced IT technology and automation cooperating with other teams and divisions.

Manage and control changes across Rakuten Mobile production environment.
Enforce Process Compliance and track violators through PIR (Post Implementation Review).
Enhance Change Management process by looking into possible gaps to be tackled.
Enhance Change Management system to meet users expectations.
Integrate Change Center with various RCP (Rakuten Communication Platform) applications across for better.

Job duties:

We are looking for a Section Manager in Change Management Operations section.
This is a great opportunity to work in one of the most advanced mobile telecom companies around world.
You will drive quality improvement of change requests across all domains.

Lead a team of 34 Change managers.
Control Change Management Daily Operations (CR Approvals CAB handling CR auditsetc)
Work with Rakuten Mobiles development team to bring needed features to the operation management tools (Change Center)
Create and track KPIs using modern technology

Minimum Qualification

Mindset to solving new problems.
History of team management in any other areas.
Experience in IT operations

Preferred Qualification

Project management experience
Experience in ITIL
Mobile service provider experience
ServiceNow or similar operation management tool experience
Ability or have interest in doing data analysis using modern technology like Python or BI

Languages:

English (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
