- Develop and manage tax accounting method changes with meticulous documentation
- Research and evaluate the financial impacts of domestic and international transactions
- Coordinate with tax technology teams to enhance process automation and efficiency
- Support tax compliance reporting and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions

Our tax team is a collaborative network of financial experts dedicated to navigating complex global tax environments. We work together to ensure financial compliance optimize tax strategies and support Amazons continued growth and innovation.
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance business or related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
- 3 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- Masters degree
- CPA
- Knowledge of accounting principles processes and entries

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
