Job Summary
Basic-Fits CRM teamis expanding and looking fora new colleagueinthe best marketing team of the Netherlands in 2025 (awarded by NIMA)to supportin maturing our marketing automation processes. ThisIs What Your Role Looks Like
As a MarketingCloud Specialist at Basic-Fityouoperateclose to the business and function asthe bridgewith ourIT teams.Youllbe a key player in the creation and maintenance ofmembercommunication includescampaign optimizationcustomerjourneysand automation whereyourealways strivingforthe highest standards possible.
We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to stay in touch with our growing international member base (almost 5million membersand counting) in 6 different languages. With your understanding of marketing automation possibilities you are the right person to keep theCRM initiatives to increase the length of stay and lifetime value of our memberscalable.
We have a lot of data available which offers many chances for marketing automation.Youllhave plenty of room and responsibility to give direction to our marketing automation processes in close operation with ourITteam. We have a test and learn-mentality which meansyoullbe able to develop yourself quickly and grow along with Basic-Fit.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute the CRM strategyto serve our members in the rightway;
Educatebusiness stakeholders about marketing automationpossibilities;
Work closely with departments like Customer Service FinanceProduct to translate business requirements into automatedjourneys;
Work closely with departments like IT and data intelligence to jointly develop thesolutions;
Improve existing and unlock new channels for communication with our members and helpincreasingthe intelligence ofourplatform;
Design and develop dynamic and personalized messages(email app SMSwhatsapp)using AMPscript;
Create andmaintaincustomer journeys triggered sends and email templates within MarketingCloud;
Create audiences through SQL to ensure we only contact the right members.
Who Are You
For this positionyoullneed to have a curious mindset and an entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
Additionallywerelooking for someone who is:
A strong understanding of both IT and marketingprocesses;
Technical experience as email marketeer or marketing automation specialist ispreferred;
Strong experience in Marketing Automation Software (ideally inSalesforce Marketing Cloud);
Experience in programming ispreferreda solid understanding of SQL and JavaScript is a bigplus;
Itsa pre if you have experience in using Data Cloud and/or SalesforcePersonalization;
You loveworkingin a dynamic positive environment whilstdevelopingyour own skills and interests.
