Captive Unit & Corporate Bpo - Hiring for Amadeus / Sabre (Manual Amadeus / Sabre) EXP

Note: (Any Grad / U.G / 12th) ( 1 Year or more experience (SABRE & AMADEUS GDS) - Need excellent communication skills

5 days working both ways cabs rotational shift and rotational off.

GURGAON @

Responsibilities:

Manage customer queries via phone email.
Resolve issues promptly with empathy & accuracy
Book travel arrangements using Amadeus GDS
Process flight reservations & cancellations
Excellent English
One day selection

3 Rounds of Interview

1- HR round

2- Ops round-

3- Versant / Amcat round( All Virtual Rounds)
