Property Pool Plus Advisor

About the role:

Housing Services has an exciting opportunity for a Property Pool Plus Advisor to work in a small but effective team in assisting applicants to access Social Housing in Wirral. You will assist with the administration of Wirral Councils Social Housing Register which is part of the Merseyside sub-regional scheme Property Pool Plus.

About the Candidate:

We would like to hear from you if you ideally understand Social Housing housing related issues and the sub1regional Property Pool Plus policy which is applied when allocating Social Housing in Merseyside. You should have strong communication and customer service skills along with the ability to interpret and apply housing allocation policies.
