We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Management Expert to join our Delivery Team of Data Management

Data Management Tribe is focused on BE extremely personal and relevant BY turning data into rational and emotional benefits TO maximize value and customer engagement USING the 5 Rights principles (The right data is in the right place at the right time for the right people on the right way).

In order to achieve this mission we are looking for a Data Management Expert who help us to evolve our Data Ecosystem.

You have an end-to-end responsibility for the analyze define and start-up the Informational platform use cases.

You are passionate about improving the client experience and have a broad knowledge on data models to create the basements for decision-make and provide insights to our customers regulators and the rest of the organization.

You work in the Data Management tribe in Spain together with other experts building defining and deploying our new Data platform providing data to our stakeholders in order to cover their need regarding informational and translating functional requirements to the technical team.

You will initiate new and drive change working closely with customers and key stakeholders on vision strategy and the road map.

You are a team player and motivator. You are actively involved in the maintenance development and realization of new data management capabilities.

As an expert you will deliver all the necessary business know-how and skills within the Squads to realize the shared purpose.

As a Data Management Expert you will report to the Chapter lead of Data Management tribe.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Data Management Expert you will:

• You will have an end-to-end responsibility for the development information use cases for reporting and analytics.
• Contribute as a key member of the squad you will provide a broadknowledge on data modelstaking business requirements form operational systems andelaborating information mappings for the development members.
• In collaboration with different squads and CoE (all together) define new requirements over Functional Data Architecture and Data Management Framework (WoW Glossary Metadata Data Quality Governance)
• You will be responsible for the definitions of ready and done and acceptancecriteria for user stories in coordination with the team

• You contribute to theING One Agile Way of Workingand safeguard the Orange Code.
• Own a master or bachelors degree with aminimum of 5 years of experience.
• Have proven experience inData Lake / Data Warehousing platforms specially within Data Marts Modeling ETL processes and Reporting including value proposition design performance improvements and platform data quality monitoring.
• Knowledge onData Governance and Quality frameworks.
• Knowledge onreporting toolssuch as Micro Strategy IBM Cognos Power BI.
• Knowledge on the new trends about data management such us Data Fabric Data Mesh Data Virtualization
• Agile working experience for more than 2-3 years
• Be able to communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advanced English is required)
• Be able to participate in the definition of data platform in strategic terms linking current events and business strategy.
• Havestrong analytical skillsand create models to take decisions based on data and facts.
• Have strong analytical and judgement skills (recognize key information organize problem identification research various methods of analysis establishment of connections etc.)
• Be a team player stimulate cross-border interaction and alignment between people Squads & Chapters.
• Be curious passionate about innovation and stay on top of trends and developments within Data world.
• Are creative and a pro-active out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment.
• You give and ask for constructive feedback.

Para lograr esta misión buscamos un/a Data Management Expert que nos ayude a evolucionar nuestro ecosistema de datos.

Tendrás la responsabilidad end-to-end de analizar definir y poner en marcha los casos de uso de la plataforma informacional.

Te apasiona mejorar la experiencia del cliente y tienes un conocimiento amplio sobre modelos de datos para crear las bases que permitan la toma de decisiones y proporcionar insights a nuestros clientes reguladores y al resto de la organización.

Trabajarás en la Data Management Tribe en España junto con otras personas expertas construyendo definiendo y desplegando nuestra nueva plataforma de datos proporcionando datos a nuestros stakeholders para cubrir sus necesidades informacionales y traduciendo los requisitos funcionales al equipo técnico.

Iniciarás nuevas iniciativas y liderarás el cambio trabajando estrechamente con clientes y stakeholders clave en la visión estrategia y roadmap.

Eres una persona que trabaja en equipo y que motiva. Participarás activamente en el mantenimiento desarrollo y realización de nuevas capacidades de gestión de datos.

Como persona experta aportarás todo el conocimiento de negocio y las habilidades necesarias dentro de los Squads para lograr el propósito compartido.

Como Data Management Expert reportarás al Chapter Lead de la tribu de Data Management.

Tus responsabilidades claves

Como Data management Expert serán:

• Tendrás la responsabilidad end-to-end del desarrollo de casos de uso informacionales para reporting y analítica.
• Contribuirás como miembro clave del squad aportando un conocimiento amplio sobre modelos de datos tomando requisitos de negocio de sistemas operacionales y elaborando mapeos informacionales para los miembros de desarrollo.
• En colaboración con diferentes squads y CoE definirás nuevos requisitos sobre la Functional Data Architecture y el Data Management Framework (WoW Glosario Metadata Data Quality Governance).
• Serás responsable de las definiciones de ready y done y de los criterios de aceptación para las user stories en coordinación con el equipo.

• Experiencia demostrada en plataformas de Data Lake / Data Warehousing especialmente en Data Marts Modeling procesos ETL y Reporting incluyendo diseño de propuestas de valor mejoras de rendimiento y monitorización de la calidad de datos en la plataforma.
• Conocimiento en frameworks de Data Governance y Data Quality.
• Conocimiento en herramientas de reporting como MicroStrategy IBM Cognos Power BI.
• Conocimiento sobre nuevas tendencias en gestión de datos como Data Fabric Data Mesh Data Virtualization.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile durante más de 2-3 años.

• Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para crear modelos que permitan tomar decisiones basadas en datos y hechos.
• Habilidades analíticas y de juicio sólidas (reconocer información clave organizar la identificación de problemas investigar aplicar diversos métodos de análisis establecer conexiones etc.).
• Ser una persona que trabaja en equipo que estimula la interacción transfronteriza y la alineación entre personas Squads y Chapters.
• Ser curiosa apasionada por la innovación y mantenerse al día sobre tendencias y desarrollos en el mundo de los datos.
• Ser creativa y proactiva con pensamiento out-of-the-box que disfrute trabajando en un equipo multidisciplinar en un entorno Agile.
• Dar y pedir feedback constructivo.
