Role Summary:
Responsible for defining and validating end-to-end processes for sales channel management partner onboarding hierarchy configuration and commission processing within the new core insurance platform. Ensures compliance with IRDAI guidelines and smooth integration with CRM and finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Map as-is and to-be processes for partner onboarding sales hierarchy and commission payout.
Design business rules for commission slabs claw-backs and GST treatment.
Translate sales workflows into system requirements for IT teams.
Validate data models for agents brokers and aggregator communication
Design control mechanisms for compliance and audit tracking (IRDAI solicitation norms).
Support user acceptance testing and system integration testing for commission and onboarding modules.
Skills & Experience:
4-5 years in health/general insurance sales operations or distribution systems.
Strong experience with CRM and commission systems
Proven expertise in business process modelling (BPMN Visio Lucidchart ARIS).
Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business process logic into system requirements.
Comfortable writing business requirements validation of functional requirements and user acceptance testing scripts.
Skilled in as-is and to-be mapping gap analysis and workflow design.
Experience working with IT development and QA teams on core insurance systems.
Deep understanding of IRDAI regulations health insurance products and operations.
Excellent documentation analytical and stakeholder management skills.
