Programme Manager (Learning Programmes)

About the role
We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced senior manager to join the UK Talent Team as their Programme Manager (Learning Programmes). This is a pivotal role for an experienced L&D professional who thrives on shaping impactful learning strategies driving business performance and partnering with senior stakeholders to unlock the full potential of our people.
This is a key leadership role where you would be developing and executing a comprehensive L&D strategy that supports the firms growth objectives focusing on key areas such as leadership development talent management and employee engagement. Leveraging your understanding of our business you will design L&D programs that drive the outputs required for each project. This includes identifying skill gaps anticipating future needs and managing the learning agenda according to the defined plan to ensure efficient design and execution and proactively monitoring its overall progress.
The successful candidate would also be expected to lead manage and motivate the programme team whilst providing personal coaching and development to the team to promote a culture of collaborative working. This role will also require you to collaborate with various programme sponsors to achieve clear outcomes and deliverables in line with the programme agenda; regularly reviewing cot risk and contribution to the business objectives.
A drive to lead by example coupled with the desire to build relationships with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders will allow the successful candidate to lead the Learning agenda for the EMEA region.
About you
- Demonstrated L&D Talent Change and Organisation Development leadership skills from previous senior leadership roles
- Proven success & knowledge of techniques for planning monitoring and controlling programmes at a senior level
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strategic and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with ability to collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Drive determination and resilience with energy enthusiasm and a can-do attitude and behaviours
Location: This is a full-time role split between home working and our Head Office in Paddington London with travel as required.
