Talent Management Assistant (RefR)
Job Summary
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese and English Languages with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
- Meticulous team player with positive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good sense of judgment and sensitivity
- Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing Excel PowerPoint etc.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with higher qualification and temporary / part-time HR experience will also be considered

- Provide administrative support on talent assessment and development programmes including graduate recruitment maintaining updated talent profiles and compiling statistics
