Job Summary

The Worldwide Industrial Hygiene is looking for an Industrial Hygiene Program Manager. This Program Manager will help develop and deploy mechanisms to ensure global regulatory compliance. Amazons Worldwide Industrial Hygiene (WWIH) team protects employee health by managing workplace hazards. They identify evaluate and control chemical physical and biological risks through data-driven assessments and innovative solutions. As subject matter experts they ensure global regulatory compliance while providing guidance tools and education to stakeholders. Their work focuses on preventing occupational illnesses and injuries through proactive risk management and scalable solutions.

Key job responsibilities
Lead Industrial Hygiene compliance initiatives and program development
Partner with stakeholders across various departments to deliver strategic projects
Manage project timelines resources and risk mitigation
Proven experience in Industrial Hygiene and program management
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and business operations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage competing priorities
Experience with process improvement methodologies
Track record of successful project delivery and risk management
Drive process improvements using methodologies like Agile Lean or Kaizen
Oversee program communications and documentation
Develop and track KPIs and success metrics

- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Bachelors degree or above

- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
