Location: Red Deer
Shift: Monday to Friday 5x2
Logistics: Company Truck provided

Job Description:
Trouble shooting Caterpillar equipment and perform equipment repairs
Interface with customers products and sales support
Working with the Supervisor on various tasks
Providing support with reference to on-site safety requirements
Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment
Various related duties as required
Qualifications:
Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
Journeyperson Certification in Mechanic Electrician Millwright and Automotive may also be considered
Experience in the Gas Compression Industry
Previous field service experience
Minimum 3 years experience as a Heavy Duty Technician
Completion or in process of completing Finning S-level courses
WHMIS certification with previous Caterpillar repair experience
Team player with excellent organizational interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated computer literate and safety orientated with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Leadership skills and ability to effectively interact with customers
5-year drivers abstract is required
Note:
This position operates on a 5x2 schedule based out of our Red Deer facility
Out of town work occasionally required
Any future shift changes will be made in accordance with the collective agreement
A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
