What Youll Do:

• Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide patient care across all ages diagnosing treating and managing health conditions while promoting preventive care and health education.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with physicians mid-level providers and the whole care team to deliver integrated top-tier care.
• Lead by Example: Oversee and guide Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners ensuring care standards are met and exceeded.
• Be a Lifelong Learner: Stay on top of the latest medical advancements and maintain your licensure while contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead with Integrity:Take full responsibility for patient care ensuring your practice is rooted in professionalism accountability and continuous improvement.
• Foster Strong Relationships: Build solid professional relationships with team members across all departments ensuring seamless collaboration and quality care.

What You Bring:

• Medical Expertise: Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine with 1-3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
• Clinical Competence: A proven ability to handle patient care from A to Z including diagnoses prescriptions and ancillary orders.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with EMR systems especially Allscripts to document patient care efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting working alongside your team to deliver the best patient outcomes.
• Commitment to Growth: Always improving always learning and always adapting to the needs of your patients and the team.
• Respect for Diversity: You understand the power of a patients social and cultural background and weave it into your care approach.
