Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Seller Consultant to join its China team based in Shenzhen. The objective of the Online Sales consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazons suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazons global marketplaces. You will recruit sellers with specific criteria and analyze sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed in the marketplaces.
Your superior communication organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products value proposition.
- Identify recruit and support sellers of various types (SMEs to large retailers) to execute on growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazons partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Feed back to other teams within Amazon worldwide lessons learned during project implementation and post-live support phases.
- Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 5 years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent experience
- 5 years of inside sales experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutions-focused approach or equivalent
