We have an opportunity for a Staff QA Engineer to join our Engineering team in X reporting
to X. In this role you will focus on building a next-generation network security platform. This
is a greenfield initiative where youll help define the architecture drive innovation and build
secure scalable systems that bridge networking and security in the cloud. Youll work closely
with a world-class team of engineers and Product leaders to deliver high-performance
policy-driven access and connectivity solutions.

Be a Contributor-What Youll Do
Design and implement robust scalable test automation frameworks for distributed
systems and microservices deployed on Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms
Design comprehensive test strategies for cloud networking solutions including
validating IPSec tunnels SSL VPNs and secure overlay networks across hybrid and
multi-cloud deployments
Develop and maintain advanced automated tests such as API integration end-to-
end and performance using any one of modern languages and tools like Python
Golang Cypress K6 and Ginkgo
Collaborate closely with Development Product and Platform teams to define quality
goals for SASE-adjacent features such as identity-aware access policy enforcement
and edge security
Drive continuous quality improvements by integrating automated testing and quality
gates into CI/CD pipelines and observability stacks including GitHub Actions
ArgoCD Prometheus and Grafana
Lead technical test design reviews mentor QA engineers and champion best
practices for testability reliability and security verification
Integrate with major cloud providers like AWS GCP and Azure to enable automated
policy-driven quality validation for cloud services and infrastructure
Investigate evaluate and introduce emerging QA technologies and methodologies
such as chaos engineering shift-left security and AI-driven testing to ensure world-
class product quality
Be Prepared-What You Bring
12 20 years of experience in software quality engineering with a strong background
in testing cloud networking distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
Deep expertise in building and maintaining advanced scalable test automation
frameworks for microservices and Kubernetes environments

Hands-on experience validating IPSec cloud VPNs overlay networks secure
tunnelling protocols and advanced routing scenarios including developing
automated tests for these technologies
Project experience in one or more of the following Secure Access Service Edge
(SASE) areas:
Quality assurance for cloud-delivered security services such as Secure Web
Gateway (SWG) Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) Zero Trust Network
Access (ZTNA) and Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS)
Quality validation of SD-WAN overlays dynamic routing path selection and
failover scenarios in hybrid and multi-cloud topologies
Solid understanding of any one cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure
