Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Veterinary Doctor to lead medical practice strengthen operational excellence and bring global standards of pet healthcare to Supertails upcoming physical outlets.

Hiring: Lead Veterinary Doctor

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Veterinary Doctor to join a fast-growing pet-care organization expanding its network of world-class physical healthcare centers across India.

Locations: Bengaluru
Experience: 1 5 years

What Youll Do:

Lead clinical practice for the healthcare center or specialization
Guide mentor and train Associate Vets Paravets & Handlers
Drive preventive predictive and planned pet healthcare
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols quality and service excellence
Build partnerships with welfare organizations colleges and pet-care networks
Support surgical procedures including ABC dental and routine surgeries

What Were Looking For:

1- 5 years of veterinary practice
Experience in small animal practice (dogs & cats)
Surgical experience: ABC planned procedures dental
Work with NGOs welfare centers or rescue centers
Pet-parenting experience is a plus
Strong people management & customer-care skills
