We are hiring Travel Support Executives for an international travel process. If you have excellent English communication skills and love assisting customers with travel-related queries this role offers a great career with a global brand.

Role Overview

As a Travel Support Executive you will handle customer queries related to bookings reservations cancellations travel changes accommodation support and itinerary assistance via voice and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with hotel bookings travel reservations modifications and cancellations

  • Respond to customer queries through voice & chat channels

  • Provide clear empathetic and solution-focused customer service

  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams for complex resolutions

  • Maintain service quality and meet performance metrics (CSAT AHT QA)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken & written English (mandatory)

  • Strong communication problem-solving & customer-handling skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced global process

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new tools

  • 12th Pass or Graduate (not pursuing any course)

Work & Shift Details

  • Work Mode: On-site (Ahmedabad)

  • Shifts: Rotational shifts & rotational week-offs

  • Comfortable working in night shifts (if required)
