Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of technical personnel across multiple sites.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance ensuring all work is completed on time and within SLA requirements.
- Prepare and manage technical budgets (OPEX CAPEX Projects PPM) per site.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including chairing the Health & Safety Committee.
- Manage contractors and service providers to ensure quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high maintenance standards.
- Support procurement risk management and reporting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with operational goals.
