RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Designed and executed yearly recruitment plans and strategies.
- Directly handled the hiring process for indirect positions.
- Offered strategic guidance to ensure adequate staffing for direct labor teams.
- Developed partnerships with universities colleges and employment service centers and represented the company at job fairs to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Reviewed turnover data to refine and optimize hiring strategies.
- Coordinated employee relations activities to enhance engagement support recruitment initiatives improve retention and reduce turnover.
Training Responsibilities
- Crafted annual training plans for both the entire company and individual departments.
- Supervised and implemented training programs in accordance with the approved schedule.
- Conducted assessments of training needs to propose appropriate development programs and strengthen employee capabilities.
- Carried out additional training-related tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Economics Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and data-management skills with solid proficiency in HR systems and Excel.
- Exhibits excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented reliable and diligent in task execution.
- Able to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team.
- Proficient in English or Chinese.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- Social Insurance in full salary.
- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
