Description
As the Sales Manager youll lead our sales team and help grow our business in workplace solutions. Youll manage Account Executives build strong relationships with clients and work closely with other departments to create smart sales strategies. Youll report to the VP of Sales.
What youll do:
- Lead and support a team of Account Executives helping them improve and succeed.
- Build and carry out sales plans to increase revenue and expand into new markets.
- Work with Sales Marketing and Operations to develop targeted strategies and campaigns.
- Find new business opportunities in industries like Education Manufacturing and Healthcare.
- Oversee the sales process including prospecting pricing and forecasting.
- Help close new accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Communicate company goals clearly to the team and recognize achievements.
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage open communication.
- Ensure consistent and effective use of our CRM system.
- Represent the company at trade shows client meetings and industry events.
What were looking for:
- 510 years of sales experience in workplace solutions storage or logistics with at least 3 years leading a sales team.
- Strong communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Experience creating and executing sales plans.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to manage sales activity and data.
- Able to manage budgets and keep costs under control.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
