What Youll Do:

• Design and Build AI Agents: Develop AI-powered agents and automation tools to optimize internal processes improve decision-making and enhance employee productivity.
• Prototype & Experiment: Rapidly test and iterate on generative AI applications (e.g. using LLMs embeddings or fine-tuning models) to solve real business challenges.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with business leaders to identify use cases scope technical requirements and integrate solutions with internal systems.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Use statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights model behaviors and inform strategic recommendations.
• Evaluate & Scale: Measure the impact of deployed AI tools refine models and guide the adoption of successful pilots across the organization.
• Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Track emerging technologies in generative AI automation and data science recommending how Constant Contact can strategically leverage them.

Who You Are:

Required Skills & Experience

• • 2 years of experience in Data Science Machine Learning or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering agnostic from LLMs
  • Proficiency with Python and libraries such as pandas scikit-learn PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g. OpenAI Anthropic or Hugging Face frameworks).
  • Proven ability to build and deploy end-to-end AI or automation solutions (e.g. chatbots process automation internal copilots).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience using APIs and orchestration tools to connect AI agents with business systems (e.g. Salesforce Jira internal databases).
  • Experience working with SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Experience in SaaS marketing technology or digital platforms.
