Job Summary
The Graphic Designer develops high-quality visual assets that support the agencys communication public information and digital engagement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual materials including social media creatives infographics brochures banners reports and presentation templates.
- Translate policy messages complex data and government initiatives into simple visually engaging graphic formats.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design outputs to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Work with content digital and communications teams to conceptualise and produce creative materials for campaigns and public outreach.
- Develop layouts illustrations iconography and visual concepts for digital and print communication.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication Fine Arts or related field.
- Proven experience producing design assets for public institutions media organisations NGOs or corporate brands.
- Strong proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Canva Figma CorelDRAW).
- Ability to convert technical or policy-heavy information into clear visual storytelling formats.
- Excellent understanding of layout colour theory typography and composition.
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
