Candidates from HL LAP (40%-60%) mix can be explored but must be clear that this is a pure LAP role.

Role is purely LAP-based

Should be enthusiastic and sales-driven.

Must have complete documentation from all past employers.

Must be sales-driven enthusiastic and have valid documentation from all past employers

CIBIL score: Minimum 650.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 4 to 9 years of experience in Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)
Must have experience in DSA handling
Age 33yrs
Ticket Size Exposure: 50 Lakhs to 5 Crores
Qualification: Graduate (Any Degree)
CTC: Up to 12Lpa
CIBIL Score: Above 650
Preference: Local Bangalore candidates only
Stability: Must be currently employed
Performance: Last 3 months performance will be evaluated
