- Project Management
- Lead and manage full life-cycle SAP projects including S/4HANA greenfield brownfield and migration projects.
- Develop and execute project plans timelines resource allocations budgets and risk management strategies.
- Oversee integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Team Leadership.
- Lead cross-functional project teams including consultants developers testers and business analysts.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members.
- Quality & Compliance.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Apply SAP Activate or other recognized methodologies for project execution.
- SAP HANA Expertise.
- Drive HANA migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA) including system conversion and data migration strategies.
- Collaborate with Basis and functional teams to ensure optimal HANA performance and architecture design.
- Monitor project budgets ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that financial targets are met.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years in SAP project delivery with at least 4-5 years in SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture modules data migration and integration points.
- Proficient in SAP Activate ASAP or Agile/Hybrid project management frameworks.
- Excellent verbal written and presentation skills to engage C-level stakeholders.
- PMP / PRINCE2 preferred; SAP S/4HANA certifications a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
- Masters degree or MBA preferred.
- Exposure to industries such as manufacturing retail or utilities.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP and integration tools.
