Job Summary

Role: Business Transformation Manager

Start Date: Early January

Rate: Open to discussion

Contract Length: 6-12 months likelihood of extensions

Location: London Hybrid 2-3 days a week

Experience: 5-10 years of experience

Role Requirements:

Experience of Governance and Target Operating Models in relation to Investment Banking restructuring.
Assessment of the current operating model impacts arising from entity establishments and transfers.
Development of a future-state governance framework.
Identification of required changes across functional setup processes controls systems and documentation to operate in the new structure.
Definition of a detailed transition plan for implementation.

Experience of delivering the following outputs

TOM impact assessment
Governance Framework design document
TOM blueprint and enablement plan
Governance transition plan
