RQ10032 Technology Architect Intermediate

Scope:

• Define approach for integrating Salesforce with legacy systems and third-party applications including middleware and data flow diagrams.
  
• Assess the Business process and design architecture documents
  
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for integration scalability and compliance.
  
• Develop and document high-level and detailed architecture diagrams including data models integration patterns and security frameworks.
  
• Provide detailed specifications for customizations configurations APIs and integration components.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

• 5 years of salesforce experience
  
• 5 years of architect experience working with vendor
  
• 5 years of technical architect experience
  

Nice to Have:

• 5 years of Tribunals/ops experience

• Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level

• Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs

Salesforce Experience:

• 5 years of salesforce architect experience
  
• Extensive salesforce experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments Knowledge and experience designing processes around ITIL and can guide others using this methodology
  
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Field Service Lightning and Data Cloud.
  
• Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and SOQL.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools like MuleSoft
  

Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

• Technical architect experience in designing the vendor managed implementation project
  
• Awareness of emerging technologies trends and directions
  
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
  
• Have worked with vendor and multiple stakeholders in the large complex project
  

Architecture Experience:

• Leadership experience in the development and implementation of technical architectures at the specified experience level
  
• Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) in complex vendor managed project
  
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting needs
  
• Experience preparing conceptual logical and/or physical processes and data models for Salesforce platform projects

Public Sector Experience:
