Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to lead our ERP product development project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies particularly the Scrum framework. You will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers through the full software development lifecycle ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Act as Scrum Master for ERP product development teams.
Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
Demonstrate servant leadership by supporting and empowering team members.
Lead release planning sprint planning estimation and execution.
Proactively identify and resolve impediments affecting team performance.
Communicate project risks status and issues to stakeholders effectively.
Coach and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Conduct interviews and support hiring and succession planning.
Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and face audits confidently.


Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3 years).
Strong understanding of Scrum roles events and artifacts.
Solid foundation in Agile principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Experience in software development (Java preferred).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in ERP product development.
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with productivity and performance management techniques.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience including 3 years as a Scrum Master.
