Room Leader (Level 3)
Salary:
Full-Time Hours

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join their team. The nursery offers a large outdoor play area providing endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

The successful candidate will lead their room to deliver high-quality care and education creating a nurturing stimulating and well-organised environment for all children.

What Were Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner (preferred)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and Ofsted requirements
Confident in leading a team and supporting staff development
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for supporting childrens learning and development

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily running of the room and ensure high standards of care and education
Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
Ensure the safety well-being and individual development of all children in the room
Observe assess and record childrens progress to support their learning journey
Support mentor and guide room staff to maintain excellent practice
Build positive professional relationships with children parents and colleagues
