在合规前提下负责所支持辖区公司产品的省级市场准入及政府事务工作包括但不限于医保准入招标准入公共卫生创新准入以及药监事务等相关政府事务工作
负责所支持辖区公司产品的省级医保准入工作
o 建立和维护与辖区省包括重点地市政府相关部门协会及学会的专业沟通和良好互动可信赖合作关系搭建顺畅的沟通平台树立及维护公司的专业形象
o 根据国家政策及部门的策略计划组织执行完成辖区内的医保目录准入目标结合公司产品策略要求进一步优化医保相关报销政策包括新产品的医保准入策略计划等
o 熟悉医保政策动态和预测政策渠道创新政策沟通的循证策略研究并及时准确解读国家省级相关政策并及时向区域提供专业分析和建议
o 结合医保的业务需求建立更加有效的业务团队合作模式
负责所支持辖区公司产品的省级招标准入工作
o 辖区省级及重点地区招标过程全程管理领导各地招标小组投标跟踪招标进展及过程确保公司产品中标并保持合理价格
o 根据各地需求指导投标文件制作审核招标资料及投标参考价格
o 协助招标小组解决重点问题并协调解决招标过程中的各种突发事件
o 根据投标管理规定负责采购价格相关谈判的组织协调等工作
负责所支持辖区公司产品的省级价格准入相关工作
o 区域价格相关影响分析及趋势判断组织相关团队协作应对
o 重要数据的整理核对以及突发事件的处理
负责所支持辖区公司产品的多元化创新准入模式
o 聚焦在精神卫生/耐多药肺结核/艾滋病及疫苗领域建立创新管理模式构建公卫创新共付模式
