The Opportunity
RevTalent is recruiting a Sales Representative on behalf of A.L.P.A. Equipment.
Under the supervision of the Branch Manager the Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and sell our various equipment brands: (Hyundai JCB etc.) within your assigned territory.
What youll do
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while prospecting and developing your assigned territory.
- Schedule meetings with existing and potential customers via telephone e-mail or face to face.
- Generate leads & identify new business opportunities in your assigned market.
- Prepare customer quotes product presentations and demos.
- Negotiate pricing with potential customers and close sales.
- Plan and execute customer events.
- Continuous improvement of product knowledge.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
What youll need
Qualifications
- High School Diploma with relevant experience
- Computer skills
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Ambitious and driven personality
- Confident and experienced negotiator
- Relevant industry experience would be an asset
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
