Job Summary
As an Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell you will play a key role in leading the design and development of complex electrical systems and components. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will also be responsible for conducting feasibility studies analyzing technical requirements and implementing electrical engineering strategies and best practices.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements
- Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- 5 years of experience in electrical engineering
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects
- Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Ability to drive innovation and implement new technologies
