Location: Remote 1201 Main Street Suite 600 Columbia South Carolina 29201

Required:

High School Diploma 2 years of experience OR Bachelors Degree
2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel
2 years of experience in Power BI
1 year of experience with BMC Footprints ticketing system
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in software upgrades
Experience with Change Management
Experience with Release Management
Experience with Incident Management
Experience with healthcare IT Medicaid MMIS (helpful not mandatory)

Specific Skills:

Microsoft Excel (queries reports analytics)
Power BI (dashboards reporting)
BMC Footprints (ticketing Tier 1 support)
Data extraction and automation
Dashboard maintenance
Documentation and process tracking
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
