Description
Inova Fairfax is looking for a dedicated Simulation Technician Coordinator to join the team. This role will be full-time shift days and times may vary

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that simulation equipment is in working order and that routine maintenance is performed according to recommended schedules.
- Orders stocks and organize laboratory supplies.
- Ensures that appropriate vendor relationships are maintained in accordance with Inova Health System policies.
- Acts as the primary point of contact to faculty during simulation sessions.
- Serves as a simulation operator by programming testing and running scenarios with faculty.
- Obtains prepares cleans and replaces all equipment and supplies necessary for each simulation event.
- Operates basic and networked audio/visual equipment to record and playback scenarios for debriefing documentation and research purposes.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
- Education - High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience - At least two years of experience in a relevant clinical environment.
Preferred Requirements:
- Perioperative or surgical experience prefer
