Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Development and configuration: Design develop and configure ServiceNow applications modules (like CSM FSO) workflows and catalog items. This includes setting up forms fields client scripts business rules and UI policies.
• Integration: Build and maintain integrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Customization: Write and maintain custom code using JavaScript HTML and CSS to meet specific business needs.
• Data management: Manage data imports exports and transformations and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshooting and support: Provide technical support to users identify and resolve software flaws and conduct regression testing.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations customizations and processes.

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• ServiceNow Development experience (years based on job level)
• Plus additional ServiceNow knowledge/micro-cert of at least one:
• Customer Service Management (CSM) Playbooks Flow Designer UI Builder Now Assist / AI Platform Analytics Predictive Intelligence Service Portal Catalog Items Automated Test Framework (ATF)
